1. Overview

This website is operated by Hikkoshi Wraps. Throughout this website, the terms “Hikkoshi Wraps,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Hikkoshi Wraps.

Hikkoshi Wraps provides this website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services available through the website, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all other policies referenced in these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, materials, photographs, colors, pricing, and availability accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, production batches, materials, and the display settings of your device.

Measurements and product specifications may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Minor differences that do not materially affect the intended function of a product will not necessarily be considered defects.

Product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability may be changed at any time without notice. We may discontinue any product or limit quantities available for purchase.

We do not guarantee that every product or service displayed on the website will be available at all times or in every location.

5. Product Use and Safety

Hikkoshi Wraps products are intended to assist with protecting furniture, televisions, appliances, and other belongings during moving, handling, storage, or transportation, as applicable to the particular product.

Our products do not eliminate the need for proper lifting techniques, packing materials, load securement, vehicle-loading practices, protective equipment, or professional judgment. Use of a Hikkoshi Wraps product does not guarantee that an item, building, vehicle, floor, wall, doorway, or other property will not be damaged.

You are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct product and size for the intended item;

  • Inspecting the product before each use;

  • Using the product only for its intended purpose;

  • Properly securing and handling the protected item;

  • Following applicable safety practices and instructions; and

  • Discontinuing use if a product appears damaged, worn, or unsafe.

Our protective wraps and blankets are not lifting devices, tie-down equipment, child-safety products, fall-protection equipment, or substitutes for cargo restraints.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not constitute our acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders involving:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;

  • Pricing or inventory errors;

  • Incorrect product information;

  • Resale activity that violates an applicable agreement;

  • Unavailable products;

  • Shipping restrictions; or

  • Conduct that violates these Terms.

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or begin processing or fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion using the original payment method, subject to applicable processing times.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or order.

7. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including the product price, shipping charges, applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, and other charges disclosed before completing your purchase.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order. Payment information may be processed by Shopify, payment processors, banks, and other service providers.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, or system error, we may cancel the order or contact you for instructions before fulfillment.

Discounts, promotions, and coupon codes may be subject to additional restrictions and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

8. Preorders and Backorders

Some products may be offered as preorders or backorders.

Any production, restocking, or shipment date provided for a preorder or backorder is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Manufacturing, customs, carrier, supply-chain, weather, or other circumstances may result in delays.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, payment may be collected when the preorder is placed. Cancellation and refund eligibility for preorders are governed by the cancellation or refund terms displayed when the order is placed, any applicable Refund Policy, and applicable law.

We may cancel and refund a preorder if we determine that the product cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree in writing to a guaranteed delivery date.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, labor interruptions, incorrect addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failed delivery, or requested address change may be charged to you where permitted by law.

Tracking information does not guarantee a particular delivery date.

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, brokerage fees, import taxes, inspections, or restrictions imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Risk of loss and title transfer will be determined according to the shipping arrangement, carrier terms, and applicable law.

You must report products that arrive damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the order within a reasonable period after delivery. Please retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and photographs so that we can investigate the claim.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy or return terms displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

If no separate Refund Policy applies to a particular transaction, eligibility will be determined according to applicable law and any written agreement between you and Hikkoshi Wraps.

Do not return a product without contacting us for instructions. Shipping a product back to us without authorization does not guarantee that the return will be accepted or refunded.

Unless required by law or caused by our error, original shipping charges and return-shipping expenses may be nonrefundable.

The website and its content—including the Hikkoshi Wraps name, logos, product designs, photographs, videos, text, graphics, product descriptions, packaging, trademarks, software, and website arrangement—are owned by or licensed to Hikkoshi Wraps and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

We are not obligated to publish, maintain, compensate you for, or respond to submitted content.

16. Hikkoshi Wraps Mobile Message Service Terms

The Hikkoshi Wraps mobile message service is operated by Hikkoshi Wraps. Your enrollment in or use of our text-messaging program constitutes your agreement to this section.

By opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Hikkoshi Wraps, you consent to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of Hikkoshi Wraps at the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, autodialer, or similar automated technology.

Messages may include:

  • Promotions, discounts, product announcements, and special offers;

  • Shopping-cart and checkout reminders;

  • Product availability and preorder updates;

  • Order confirmations, shipping notices, and delivery updates;

  • Customer-service communications;

  • Account alerts; and

  • Other informational or marketing messages related to Hikkoshi Wraps.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s rates and terms apply, and you are responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message from Hikkoshi Wraps. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe request. You will not receive additional marketing text messages unless you opt in again.

If you participate in more than one Hikkoshi Wraps messaging program, you may need to unsubscribe from each program separately.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our complete control.

You agree to provide a valid mobile number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you are responsible for opting out before you stop using that number and subscribing again with your new number.

We may change the telephone number, short code, platform, or technology used to operate the program. Requests sent to a discontinued or changed number might not be received.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the mobile message service or its features where permitted by law. Changes to these mobile terms will become effective when posted, subject to any notice required by law.

Your participation in the mobile message service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Email Communications

When you subscribe to marketing emails, you agree that we may send promotional communications to the email address you provide.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in an email. Unsubscribing from marketing email will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional communications concerning an order, account, payment, return, or customer-service request.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for any express written warranty provided with a product and any warranty that cannot legally be excluded, the website, services, information, and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to Hikkoshi Wraps for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that or another provision later.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, restructuring, or transfer of our business, subject to applicable law.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hikkoshi Wraps concerning your use of the website and services.

Any ambiguity in these Terms will not be interpreted against either party solely because that party drafted the language.
